, KA Texas' Vision: Shared Challenges, Unique Opportunities 3 W e must define and proactively plan for the future of our Fraternity. Due to the uncertainty of the litigation over the last several years, our focus has been on short-term goals. While the Fraternity is happy to report the strength of the undergraduate chapter today and our overall solid foundation with the national Kappa Alpha Order organization, the question becomes: What's next? All successful organizations undergo transformations and must overcome challenges—Texas KA is no different. We are humbly asking those alumni who can help us shape the financial future of the Fraternity to join us in this planning process. We have an opportunity today to put the past five years behind us and define the next 50.
