Baker was originally granted formal probation. He violated his probation when he tested positive for marijuana. Baker was released from custody on bail in NCR80229 and failed to appear in court as ordered. Baker was released from custody on bail in another felony matter and failed to appear in court as ordered. • Agustin Garnica Zamudio was sentenced to four years in state prison for transportation of a controlled substance, posses- sion for sale of a controlled substance. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Zamudio. After obtaining consent the officer conducted a search of the vehicle and located several packages of methampheta- mine. —————— • Mercedes Nicole Gutierrez was sentenced to two years in state prison for second degree commercial burglary. Gutierrez entered a local business, placed several items in her purse and proceeded to exit the store without paying for the items. He violated his probation when he was found in possession of a billy-club as well as being drunk in public. • Sergio Zepeda Meza was sentenced to two years in state prison for second degree commercial burglary. Officer responded to a business regarding a burglary. Upon arrival officers discovered one of the doors to the business had been kicked in and a shoeprint was located next to the door knob. An investigation into the incident led officers to Meza where they were able to match Meza's shoes to the prints left on the door. Tehama County Jail for receiving stolen property. Victim had reported someone entered his residence without permission and stole his laptop. An investigation led deputies to a residence belonging to Sanchez's companion and a search was conducted. During the search the deputies located Sanchez in possession of the stolen laptop. • Obed Jonatan Cardona Torres was sentenced to 16 months in state prison for possession for sale of a controlled substance. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Tor- res. Upon contacting Torres the officer's K-9 alerted on the vehi- cle and a search was conducted. Inside Torres' jacket pocket the officer located methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe.
