Kappa Kappa Gamma 7 T he Epsilon Beta chapter is excited to announce the success of our 2015 fall recruitment. We are welcoming a new member class of 63 women, the largest in Epsilon Beta's history. Our chapter decided that throughout recruitment we should all focus more on what made us all fall in love with Kappa Kappa Gamma as well as the values our chapter holds, such sisterhood, trust, and open-mindedness. We strived to focus on what is on the inside of each woman's heart, rather than the look they portray on the outside. We believe that because of these changes, we were able to be more personal with the women going through recruitment. The new process also enabled us to be sure the potential members truly had Kappa's values at heart. By having more direct connections with the women, we were able to talk more openly about why Kappa Kappa Gamma is so important to each and every one of us. It is exciting to be welcoming so many incredible women into Epsilon Beta chapter, and we look forward to the sisterhood and memories we will build with our new member class in the years to come.
