3 ALPHA DELTA PI O ur Chapter has been very busy the past couple of months! Our amazing Alphas made the Freshman Follies show this year and the Deltas are extremely proud of all their hard work and dedication. I know everyone enjoyed seeing the show. So far it has been such a great semester and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for this Chapter! 64 New Alphas Added to Chapter The Delta Members worked very hard during recruitment for the 900 Potential New Members at this year's formal recruitment. Through their efforts, we reached quota plus two additions, giving us 64 new Alphas to add to the Chapter. Our return rates continue to rise, making this one of our best recruitments yet. On October 16, we were so excited to welcome our newly initiated Delta Members! Pi-zookie Philanthropy Event Added We held our annual fall philanthropy events, starting off our philanthropy week with a new event called Pi-zookie night. This event was held at the Chapter house and we served all-you- can-eat Pi-zookies (individually baked cookies in pie tins with ice cream and toppings). Then we had our Pie a Pi event and Piathalon relays for the fraternities to compete. The first, second, and third place fraternities received money sent to their charity of choice. This fall, we have DELTA MEMBERS THANKFUL TO MEET ALUMNAE $5,000 Already Raised This Fall for Charities AO has raised $5,000 for the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation and Ronald McDonald House. Bid Day 2015. raised $5,000 for the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House. We have also raised about $130 for our local philanthropy, the WONDERtorium, with the leftover money we received from the Dad's Day auction. Sisterhood Events For Homecoming, we were paired with the men of Alpha Tau Omega. All of the ladies worked so hard all semester to prepare. Pomping looked amazing, and our Directors were so helpful and motivated. Homecoming weekend began with our Walkaround, which showcased our amazing house deck. We have so much more to look forward to this fall, including sisterhood retreats and our Black Diamond Ball in November. Thank you to all of the alumnae who came out to the reunion in September and Walkaround in October! We were thankful to meet elder members and listen to all the fun stories of previous years at Alpha Delta Pi. We had a silent auction with the proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House. It was an amazing time and we once again thank everyone who came. We hope you all will stop by this semester to see us.
