OHIO STATE IS UNDERGOING CHANGES
Soon, sophomores at Ohio State will be required to live on
campus or in OSU-approved housing. Satisfying specified
minimum standards, Greek housing will be considered
OSU-approved for sophomores. Not only must we exceed
these minimum qualifications, we must make sure Theta
Delta provides a superior experience that reflects our
principles.
Other fraternities have already completed major renovation
projects, placing us farther behind the campus norm. We
do not want to be below average. We do not want to be
average. We want to be the best Beta can be.
IN PURSUIT OF BUCKEYE EXCELLENCE
Ohio State is more academically challenging than ever
and the need for quality study space within our facility is
necessary. We've seen the impact of technology over the
years, as Wi-Fi and devices not present during our college
years are now necessities. Our plan will ensure Theta Delta
has a facility that attracts scholastic leaders on campus and
helps them succeed.
"Building character in young men is a
very worthwhile adventure. Betas know
how to do it! The principles of Beta Theta
Pi are fundamental to a purposeful
life, and Theta Delta can return to
those endeavors, plus have some fun!
But first we need a home befitting our
traditions and heritage. The new colony
members, accompanied by solid training
and leadership, will take us in the right
direction. Now is the time for us to
reestablish our position for success to lead
into the future. But it will not happen
without our help and support."
