Alumni Support mAkeS recruitment A SucceSS W ithout help from our alumni brothers, our previous recruitment success would not have been possible. With many brothers and such a variety of skills and specialties, we have been fortunate to receive many forms of aid to our recruitment efforts. From Cardinal game tickets to assistance with printing and mailing to helping fund a dinner, the Alpha-Delta alumni have been at our side and we are sincerely grateful to be a part of such a fantastic brotherhood. If you are interested in becoming more involved, please contact High Delta Matthew Dorsey '17 at (636) 866-7335 or madnq5@mst.edu. Welcome, New Members John "Curt" Killinger '73 Thankful (Continued from page 1) lifelong friendships. I want to help provide that to others." He encourages his brothers to donate, even if a small gift, and give of their time and effort to the capital campaign. "One of the Lambda Chi slogans over the years was 'A Fraternity for Life,' which seemed like an optimistic claim at the time. However, I can confidently and thankfully say that my 45 years of life as a Lambda Chi were far better because of the bond of Fraternity that began the first day I met ΛXA. Similarly, Lambda Chi has benefited countless other people through charitable works such as food drives, helping the disabled, and others. Keep up the great work and spirit, ΛXA!" On his visits back for Homecoming, Curt has been impressed with the active Chapter. "They have the same great brotherhood and achievements, but better grades. Many great house improvements!" He encourages the undergraduates to "be disciplined, both in scholastic and work endeavors, and in living worthy ideals such as those engrained at ΛXA, church, and civic organizations." Curt has worked for 40 years in the oil and gas industry and has two children: Catherine, a neuroscientist and AXΩ from Vanderbilt, and Joseph, a junior at the University of Houston, who is married with a four-year-old. He lives in Houston, Texas.
