Theresa Maria Garcia- Lewis, 40, was booked Tuesday into Tehama County Jail after telling officers that she had tried to kill her son. Officers responded to a call from the boy's aunt at about 1 p.m. in which she said she had found the boy drugged and bleeding inside his apartment at the Creekside Village complex on South Jackson Street.
