Annual Giving Campaign
Your Support Is Needed to Ensure Mu's Future
Dear Mu Chapter Alumnae,
Welcome to the spring edition of the Mu Chapter
Strand of Pearls alumnae newsletter! The
chapter members and House Corporation are
happy to share with you our chapter and House
Corporation updates. I hope you enjoy alumnae
and chapter news included in this edition!
It has been a busy year at Mu Chapter, and it
is hard to believe that my annual spring visit
and the conclusion of spring semester are fast
approaching. I always enjoy my visits with our
wonderful chapter members and house staff
and the opportunity to plan for upcoming house
projects.
Over the winter break, a new roof was installed,
which is the largest house project that has been
completed since the dining room renovation
several years ago. We have also completed
converting shelving in the chapter room to
display cases for displaying and storing chapter
archival objects, including Illio yearbooks (some
dating back to the 1930s!) and role books.
This year, the House Corporation has instituted
an annual alumnae giving campaign to assist
with maintaining Mu's legacy and ensuring
Alpha Epsilon Phi's bright future at the
University of Illinois for many years to come.
I am so appreciative of the alumnae who have
made the commitment to participate thus far
and encourage each of you to consider a gift to
benefit Mu Chapter.

alumnae communications. We enjoy receiving
