Sierra Nevada will be served at the Cone Kimball Plaza 6-10 p.m. McKenzie Ranch Natural Beef has offered this recipe for Spicy Cheese- Stuffed Meatballs 2 lbs ground beef (Grass fed - Nat- ural McKenzie Ranch beef) 2 eggs 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon "The Pepper Plant" Gar- lic Sauce 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs Pepper Jack cheese, cut into cubes, approximately 1/2 inch square Combine eggs, water and salt. Add beef and bread crumbs, hot sauce. Shape into small meatballs between 1 1/2 to 2 inches or so, enclosing a cube of cheese inside. Arrange in single layer on shallow pan. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese has melted. Serve on a toothpick.
