Pope Community Council Wins Abilene Trophy
On Friday, June 24th Gray Bridwell and Kristina Jones representing the Abilene Texas Chamber of Commerce presented the 2010 Abilene Trophy to The Pope Com- munity Council. This council includes, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Erwin, Hope Mills, Ra- eford, Lillington and Dunn.
The Abilene Trophy is pre- sented to the community surrounding an Air Mobility Command installation with the most outstanding support

The award is sponsored by the Abilene, Texas Chamber of Commerce. Abilene is the home to Dyess Air Force Base.
