This recipe for caesar steak sandwiches is from Thirty Meals in 30 Minutes, beefitswhatsfordin- ner.com. Ingredients 1 pound Beef Top Sirloin bone- lessorTopRoundSteak,cut inch thick or Flank Steak cup pre- pared non-creamy Caesar dressing 2 cups coarsely chopped Ro- maine lettuce cup shredded Par- mesan cheese 4 hoagie rolls 6 inches long each, split, toasted Instructions: 1. Cut beef steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/8 to inch thick strips. Reserve 2 table- spoons dressing. Pour remaining dressing in medium bowl. Add beef; toss to coat. Cover and mari- nate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours. 2. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Heat large non- stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add of beef; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside sur- face of beef is no longer pink. Do not overcook. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remain- ing beef. 3. Toss lettuce with reserved dressing and 2 tablespoons cheese inmediumbowl.Divideevenlyover bottom of each roll. Top with beef; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Close sandwiches. Makes 4 servings. Marinate time: 30 minutes to 2 hours. Total recipe time: 20 to 25 minutes. Arrests DavidAllenWhite: 58, Red Bluff was arrested Monday at Main and Cedar streets on suspicion of felony possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition and misdemeanor charges of controlled substance paraphernalia, violation of an order related to domestic violence, possession of a firearm and permitting a person to possess a firearm in a vehicle. Bail was $54,000. Carlton Ray Stevens: 35, Corning was arrested Monday at Woodson Park on an outstanding felony charge of violating parole. Marian Lynn Kindrick: 29, Red Bluff was arrested Monday at Rio and Elm streets on suspicion of misdemeanor controlled substance paraphernalia, obstructing a public officer, two outstanding felony charges of failing to appear, felony possession of a controlled substance and outstanding misdemeanor charges of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bail was $46,000. Burglary 11000block Rawson Road: A welder and other items were reported taken. Theft 4000Mary Avenue: Items including a Garmin GPS, television monitors and keys were taken from an unlocked vehicle. Vandalism 24000block Million Road: Someone damaged solar lights at the entry of a driveway. The damage was estimated at $180. Both students have trained for nearly a year and were required to show their last report cards from school. The core art at PAL Martial Arts is Jujutsu but the sport of Karate has been added so that students are able to go to compete at tournaments. Scott Halsey's Kenpo Karate has competitions throughout the year and the PAL Karate students have been competing and winning trophies. They've experienced making new friends from throughout the area. Tehama County Police Activities League is a 501 (c) (3) non profit youth organization that puts cops and kids together.
