Herzinger appeared on screen in the role of an attorney, being the attorney for “Big Jim”, charged with holding up a pool room. Memorial run walk Tragically, Corning teacher Carrie Holiman was hit and killed while jogging on Oro-Chico Hwy on July 22, 2010, by a driver who was under the influence of drugs. Carrie was a remarkable woman that is missed deeply by her community, her students at Olive View Elemen- tary where she taught fifth grade for 29 years, and most of all her family and friends. A memorial run/walk to honor and remember Carrie Holiman, or "GC", as her four grandchildren affection- ately call her will be held at 10 a.m. on May 28 at the Patrick Ranch.
