When asked what the most popular dish is at the Flying Boat, May said that General Chicken, Mongolian Beef and Honey Walnut Prawns are the favorites. May Mai and her husband have two children, 12 and 10 years old who attend school in Orland. Wei Quan is the cook and May is the server. The also have two employees. When they are not working they like to spend time with their children playing soccer and table tennis.
