MARCH 12-18, 2014 UCW 15 WWW.UPANDCOMINGWEEKLY.COM This week in the Buzz we will answer some questions regarding the Winter Jam Tour Spectacular, March 13, at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville. How much does it cost to attend a Winter Jam event? The general admission price to attend a Winter Jam event is $10 per person. The Jam Nation Membership price is $49.99 per individual and $39.99 or $29.99 for groups of 10 or more. For more info on Jam Nation visit www.jamtour.com. Is there a cost for parking? There will be no charge to park at the Crown Coliseum for Winter Jam. Does the tour accept credit/debit cards? The tour accepts cash or check ONLY at the door for admission. You can use debit/credit cards once you get into the venue for concessions and merchandise. Checks should be made out to "NewSong Ministries." Are cameras allowed at Winter Jam? Still photography is allowed. Video cameras are not allowed. What time will the show end? The Fayetteville show starts at 7 p.m. It will end around 11 p.m. How should I lineup for general admission doors? We recommend lining up as early as possible. Due to large crowds, the fire marshall has to close the doors if the venue reaches capacity, so please arrive as soon as you can. Can I save seats? No. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save additional seats. Can one person save a space in line for a group? No. Because this is a general admission show, a group must wait in line together and enter through the doors at the same time. What do I need in order to get in the Jam Nation entrance? You will need either your Jam Nation Collectable Platinum Access Pass or your printed e-mail confirmation. ID may be required to confirm your membership When should I arrive at the venue if I have a Jam Nation pass? At the Fayetteville show you can enter the Jam Nation entrance anytime between 4:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. Keep in mind, if you don't arrive during this one hour period, they cannot guarantee you will be able to pick the seat of your choice due to the general admission opening and fire marshal regulations. Is there a special reception for youth leaders? Yes! Winter Jam provides a special backstage reception for all youth ministry leaders. Exact time and location of the reception will be announced from the stage. The WJ14 Youth Leader Reception features: • Opportunity to meet Winter Jam 2014 artists • Information about exciting new youth ministry resources and opportunities • Brief instructions regarding the evening's ministry logistics • A time of prayer and intercession • Free gift bags will be handed out to the first 200 Youth Leaders/Pastors Winter Jam is just ten dollars at the door for ten artists and speaker Nick Hall – Thursday, March 13, at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville.
