Citizens are encouraged to take an online cultural arts survey to
provide feedback on the feasibility of developing new cultural arts
facilities in Fayetteville and Cumberland County. Webb Management
Services is conducting the survey on behalf of the City of Fayetteville,
Cumberland County and the Arts Council of Fayetteville/
