2 The WISE OLD OWL Our brothers with former Chapter Sweetheart Micky Pietkiewicz and Chapter Advisor Brett Collins '02 with our multiple awards at the annual Fraternity and Sorority Affairs awards banquet. Brothers at the Up 'til Dawn finale event, which raises money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Epsilon Kappa Places Top in Academics (Continued from page 1) was given a Legion of Honor award (top six scholarship program out of 242 chapters), and was awarded Robert E. Joseph RMF recognition (top five risk management program), which comes with a $1,000 grant the Chapter plans to use for security camera upgrades for the Chapter House. Lastly, former Chapter Sweetheart Micky Pietkiewicz was a top three finalist for the prestigious honor of Sigma Chi International Sweetheart. CONTINUING OUR LEGACY Our Chapter conducted another great year of recruitment over the summer and fall, and it shows in our most recent pledge class. On September 15, we pinned 30 new pledges for the Epsilon Kappa Chapter, and we are excited about what the future holds for our Chapter. We initiated two new brothers, Charles Uffelman '16 and Steven Vagnone '16, at the Chapter House on May 25. We could not have all of this success if it were not for our tremendous alumni support, and for that I thank every single one of you. It is certainly an exciting time to be a Tiger, but it will forever be a great time to be a Sigma Chi.
