The City of Fayetteville is accepting applications for its Citizens’ Academy that is scheduled for Tuesdays from Sept. 28 to Nov. 9 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The class runs seven weeks and helps citizens understand what goes on behind the scenes to provide services to residents.
