Like when we completed the major reconstruction of the house around 10 years ago, Founder's Day will be held under a Big Top canopy but in the back lot with a day- long celebration. Come enjoy Founder's Day 2025, a televised Gopher football away game vs. the Cal Bears in Berkeley, California, and a barbecue by one of the Twin Cities' finest purveyors of smoked meats. The date selection was driven by the collegians in school, not to interfere with spring planting or fall harvest, and the likelihood for good weather. The one undetermined variable is the kickoff timing for the game, which will be held on the west coast with a two-hour time difference. We may not know the time until just weeks before the event. Nonetheless, we will adapt to the timing by scheduling the Founder's Day business meeting and the barbecue around it. We will communicate the day's schedule accordingly via email when finalized. Please ensure we have your current address by sending your updated email to cmoore@penningtonco.com. AGR Picnic/ Party in Faribault On Saturday, June 28, Kyle Flom will be hosting an AGR party from 3-10 p.m. A meal, water, and lemonade will be provided. The meal will begin around 6 p.m. Please bring a beverage of your choice, a dish to pass, and stories to share! The event will be held at the Kyle and Sara Flom Residence, 5865 Kenyon Blvd., Faribault, MN 55021.
