W e had a productive spring 2025 semester! As AGR brothers, we've worked hard to uphold our fraternal values on and off campus, and we're proud to share some highlights. Recent Events We kicked things off with our Pink Rose Formal. Brothers and dates had a great time enjoying each other's company, with graduating members reflecting on their time. We had strong representation at Top Leaders Institute in Kansas City, Missouri, where eight Executive team members, three advisors, one Alumni Board member and our House Director connected with AGR leaders from other chapters to exchange ideas and elevate their leadership skills. We also held a successful officer transition meeting. These takeaways have sparked new energy and ideas within our chapter. Lambda had a strong representation at the Leadership Seminar, where brothers in attendance engaged in discussions on leadership, service, and Lambda Chapter's future. The insights gained there are making a difference in how we show up for each other and our community. Returning to Kansas City, we sent nine collegiates to Recruitment School, where they learned the keys to successful recruiting. The gentlemen brought back valuable tools and strategies to help strengthen our chapter's outreach to potential new members. Fraternal Progress We proudly welcomed Logan Leen, our Educational Leadership Consultant from the Home Office, for our semesterly house visit. He provided great feedback on our progress. We've also had alumni guests attending Monday night meetings to talk about their Lambda experiences and professional careers. Our campus involvement remains strong. Brothers are involved in several clubs and continue to take on leadership roles. Caden Carlson #1858, Seth Heitman #1864, Tyler Ratka #1872, and Blake Zimmer #1873 competed in the National Dairy Challenge competition in Gainesville, Florida, where the team placed second, and Ben Styer #1867, Keenan Thygesen #1868, and I competed at the National Agri-Marketing Association's Student Marketing Contest in Kansas City. This spring, we hosted our annual etiquette dinner at North Oaks Golf Club. Mrs. G provided information on proper etiquette in a formal dining setting. The evening was generously sponsored by the Lambda Education Foundation. It was a night filled with great conversation, learning, and the opportunity to practice dining skills and table manners. Looking Ahead MN Royal was a week full of events, our hard work and preparation paid off with a win. To finish the semester, we will competed in our softball spittoon on May 5, and extended our streak for nine consecutive spittoon wins. Our 11 graduating seniors are excited for their next chapter, whether that's full-time careers or graduate school. Many underclassmen are preparing for exciting internships this summer. We're not slowing down anytime soon. From professional development to community involvement, the men of Lambda Chapter are living out the Purpose of Alpha Gamma Rho with energy, focus, and pride. We'd like to thank our alumni for your continued support. It's your legacy that inspires us to keep striving for excellence in everything we do. Fraternally, Brady Gille #1862 Noble Ruler From left: Brothers Styer #1867, Ratka #1872, Harbaugh #1871, Gille #1862, and Rozeboom #1865 attend the Minnesota Foundation for Agriculture's Ag Day Gala on National Ag Day. It was a great opportunity to network with Minnesota Ag professionals! New members attend recruitment school in Kansas City, Missouri, to discuss strategies to recruit high-quality young men effectively to grow the chapter. Members of the executive team and alumni formulate an action plan and goals for the coming year at Top Leaders Institute in Kansas City, Missouri.
