Having a versatile, goal oriented executive board is crucial to the success of the chapter, and this year's group has surpassed those characteristics in all facets. It seems just four months in, each executive member has faced chal- lenges that they have each overcome – leading to meaningful development that not only helps the chap- ter, but also the individual brother's own leadership skills in a way that makes these positions truly unique and meaningful. Every year, the executive board faces both internal and external challenges; however, I am confident that this year's board will overcome any obstacles that stand in the way.
