We have continued to maintain our beautiful home on East Maxwell, including the less exciting maintenance that comes with 68 women living in the facility each semester. This summer, while the house is empty, we will be focusing on small repairs throughout the house and getting a new stair runner for our front hall stairs before recruitment starts in the fall. We are excited to announce our House Board officers for the 2025-26 school year: • President Bri Triplitt '97 Kappa's Future Is Bright U P DAT E S F R O M T H E H O U S E B OA R D I N T H E I R O W N W O R D S W H Y T H E S E K A P PA S J O I N E D B E T A C H I • Vice President Betty Flynn '68 • Treasurer Blair Stratton '02 • Secretary Kamryn Stewart '17 • Member at Large Mindy Druin, University of Pittsburgh '91 We are always looking for new members for the House Board to continue to have diversity of thought and new ideas! The moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a room full of loving sisters who immediately made me feel at home. I knew then that I wanted these girls in my life—Kappa was my forever home." –Caroline Freeman '24 "I chose KKG because I felt I could truly be myself— no filters needed. I found myself laughing with the girls and opening up, as if I'd known them forever. Our sisterhood's commitment to supporting one another and advocating for mental health was something I deeply connected with and knew I wanted to be part of." –Abby Rose Perkel '24 "Kappa is one of my greatest blessings. From the moment I ran home, I knew it was exactly where I was meant to be. Going out of state for college can be tough, but finding a place like Kappa helped make Kentucky feel like home. I feel constantly loved and supported, and I know I'd make the same decision again and again." –Autumn Woodard '24
