T his past year has been one of incredible accomplishments and growth for our chapter, filled with achievements that reflect the dedication, talent, and sisterhood of our members. 2 Celebrating Wins In partnership with Sigma Phi Epsilon and Alpha Gamma Rho, we proudly claimed the Greek Week championship, showcasing our teamwork, creativity, and enthusiasm. Later in the fall, we celebrated another major victory by winning Homecoming alongside Alpha Gamma Sigma and Kappa Alpha Order, marking yet another highlight in our chapter's history. 2 Academically Focused We continued to set the bar high, earning second place in grades among all Panhellenic chapters during the spring semester. Our commitment to excellence in the classroom is something we take pride in, and this achievement reflects the hard work of every member. 2 Welcoming (103!) New Faces This year, we also recruited the largest member class in our chapter's history, welcoming 103 outstanding young women into the Alpha Mu family. Their energy and passion have already made a significant impact, and we're thrilled to see what they will accomplish in the years ahead. 2 Helping Others Our dedication to philanthropy and community service reached new heights this year. Through a series of events and fundraising efforts, we raised over $22,000 for the Heart of Missouri CASA, an organization that supports children in foster care. This accomplishment is a testament to the hard work and compassion of our members, who worked tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of children in our community. In addition to this, Alpha Mu Thetas completed 8,914 service hours this year, further demonstrating our commitment to giving back. This commitment was further recognized as we received the Golden Kite Award and the Founders Award finalist distinction at this year's Theta Grand Convention, along with an award for Member Engagement from Mizzou's Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. 2 Staying Busy Our chapter's involvement extends far beyond Greek life. Members remain active leaders in countless campus organizations, continuing to make their mark at Mizzou. We've also created countless memories through our chapter events, strengthening our bond as sisters and celebrating the joy of being part of this incredible sisterhood. 2 Taking the Momentum into 2025 As we reflect on this year's successes, we are filled with pride and gratitude. This chapter has continued to set a standard of excellence, and these accomplishments are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and heart of every single member. Here's to building on this momentum and continuing to make Alpha Mu stronger than ever.
