This fall, Gamma Gamma again achieved extraordinary success during Rush, welcoming a geographically di- verse 33-man initial pledge class. The chapter's im- proved recruiting process and excellent overall effort during Rush resulted in a 69% bid acceptance rate yielding twenty-eight freshmen, three sophomores and two juniors. Unfortunately, we lost three freshmen to grades at quarter-end and five others to personal and financial reasons. This marks the second straight year the chapter has initially signed over 30, as well as sign- ing the most pledges among the eight fraternities both years. The remaining 25 pledges hail from 10 different states and one Asian country (Kazakhstan). The class is dis- tinguished by it high level of involvement in varsity athletics and other extra-curricular activities, embody- ing ATO's commitment to attracting well-rounded indi- viduals. Just under 50% of the pledge class participates in varsity athletics, including 3 in football, 4 in swim- ming, 1 in track and cross-country, and 2 in golf. Beyond athletics, the class brings a range of di- verse talents and experiences that will enrich our chap- ter's culture. This pledge class exemplifies ΑΤΩ's ability to recruit individuals who excel academically, athletically, and in extracurricular pursuits. Their dedication and multifac- eted abilities promise to strengthen the chapter, uphold the fraternity's values, and contribute meaningfully to its legacy in the years to come.
