Syracuse University 3 A s I begin my second semester as president, there's a lot to look forward to as we settle into our new house. With a strong Executive Board around me, there's little we can't achieve. From a recruitment standpoint, Ben Catlin '26 got us off to a great start by securing 12 new members for the Rho Class. Ben has played a significant role in recruitment for the past year, and his hard work has paid off with this impressive new class. Vice President Will Burger '26 and Secretary Ness Damania '27 led the way on the CEP over the past year. Thanks to their dedication, we made our second-consecutive appearance as Sweepstakes finalists, showcasing the strength of our brotherhood. Will's abilities to manage the chapter's operations are truly unbelievable, and he has been a great mentor to many, especially Ness. Veterans like Jack Lucas '26 and Adam Neufeld '26 continue to make an impact, not only in their roles as risk management and finance chairmen, respectively but also as key leaders driving the chapter forward. They truly serve as the backbone of this Executive Board. Among our newer board members, Will Fritz '27, our housing manager, and James Barker '26, who handles external relations, have already made a lasting impression. Will has started a smooth transition into our new home at 721 Comstock, while James has organized memorable events, including those upcoming this fall. Collin Smith '25, our sole senior on the board, is taking on his second semester managing internal relations. His consistent involvement, numerous chairman positions, and positive attitude are deeply appreciated by all. Lastly, Daniel Bachara '26, our associate member educator, has been a true leader from the moment he joined the house. Daniel has not only mentored our new associate members but also inspired the entire brotherhood. As we take on this new chapter at 721 Comstock, we are filled with excitement and optimism for what lies ahead. Reflecting on my journey at DU at SU, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities and experiences it has provided. Looking forward, I'm confident this fraternity will continue to change the lives of its members.
