I n addition to remaining active in our philanthropic efforts toward Domestic Violence Awareness, our chapter participated in a REACH training seminar during the spring. It provided insight on how to identify suicide risk and respond to an individual experiencing distress. During the training, we learned how to recognize the warning signs, engage with empathy, ask directly while communicating hope, and help individuals access care and treatment. A Light in the Darkness A Light in the Darkness REACH Training Recap Last spring, we celebrated our remarkable graduates. As they step into a world of possibilities, we support their future endeavors and know they will cherish the sisterhood they experienced with Alpha Omicron.
