e are excited to unveil a new vision for our Fraternity: Raise Your Bar, our strategic
plan that sets a bold vision for Sigma Phi Epsilon. This initiative is designed for
every SigEp and invites every member—undergraduates, alumni, parents, and donors—to
unite in our mission of Building Balanced Men.
Within the plan is a call to action: to reclaim our title as the largest and best Fraternity on
every campus we plant the SigEp flag. Through increased volunteer support and financial
investment at Kansas Beta Chapter, we will create vital development opportunities that
foster growth for future generations.
The plan challenges us to meet the needs of this and future generations of young men
with development opportunities essential to success. This collective effort will strengthen
our brotherhood and create lasting leadership and personal growth
opportunities like never before. Let's work hand in hand to elevate our
Fraternity to new heights and inspire future generations to carry the
SigEp legacy forward. Your commitment and involvement at Kansas
