3 DTD THE CORDELT B eta Omicron Chapter continues to embody the four core principles of Truth, Courage, Faith, and Power. This semester, we inducted four men of the highest quality who are already contributing to the fraternity. In addition to our four neophytes, the recruitment season yielded at least two outstanding candidates who could not join this spring and a score of potential recruits for the fall. With these numbers, we look forward to a period of growth in the upcoming recruitment season. GETTING INVOLVED As always, the brothers embody student leadership. Brotherhood Chairman Noah Leety '24 and Recruitment Chairman Noah Diamond '25 continue to lead the sketch comedy group Humor Us. The Shelter hosted an event bringing together multiple student comedy groups under one roof for a "B-Sides" night. Vice President Jatin Mukerji '25 and Treasurer John Reymartin '25 get to work together in undergraduate research in biotechnology. The former leads the dry lab for the Cornell iGEM project team, while the latter serves as a volunteer firefighter and EMT nearby. New Member Educator Jonathan Stolow '24 and several other brothers worked as new student orientation leaders this past fall to assist new students, strengthen the Cornell community, and help introduce freshmen to Cornell. GIVING BACK Philanthropy Chairman Andrew Chung '26 organized an event where brothers sold bedsheet sets and donated the proceeds to our partner charity, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Brothers also participated in and donated to a fundraiser for a local elementary school. MAKING THE GRADE Our members continue to espouse the academic excellence expected of any Delt. Sergeant-at-Arms Kenneth Cula '24, Recruitment Chairman Logan Roeling '24, and Vincent Fong '24 will all be pursuing their master's in engineering degrees at Cornell University following their graduation. Other brothers broadened their horizons and experienced new places by studying overseas this semester. Noah Diamond and Social Chairman Aaron Hafkin '25 spent a semester in England while Alumni Chairman Matthew McCormack '25 studied in Kyoto, Japan. Thank you for your continued support of our brotherhood.
