I
n an effort to improve communication with
our alumni, we have created a new position
called Century Chairmen. Each brother in this
role will oversee contacting and finding lost
alumni in each 100 pin number. We now have
almost 1,200 members initiated at Kansas
Theta, so this is a challenging but necessary
effort!
We are still struggling with approximately
half of our alumni being lost or with
inaccurate information in our database.
Here's how YOU can help:
If you haven't updated your personal
contact information recently, please take
a moment and help us by scanning the QR
code below.
If a brother reaches out to you, please
respond! We want to keep you informed of
activities and the status of the chapter, and
we hope you can make your way back to
Pittsburgh to attend an alumni event soon!

T
his January, 8 Kansas Theta chapter officers and two alumni attended Carlson Leadership Academy. This program,
held in multiple cities across the country, gives new officers a boost in personal leadership development. It focuses on
teaching the skills to help them inspire brothers, manage a committee, and follow through on those goals. Officers also build
a supportive cohort of brothers in their roles to network with throughout the year. For the first time in program history, all
eight executive officers were given the opportunity to attend this event with a specialized track for their position!
