Alumni and undergraduate legacies celebrate their unique connection during Homecoming! Brothers peruse silent auction offerings. Steven and Vince Clifford '86 take a commemorative photo at the banquet. I n an effort to improve communication with our alumni, we have created a new position called Century Chairmen. Each brother in this role will oversee contacting and finding lost alumni in each 100 pin number. We now have almost 1,200 members initiated at Kansas Theta, so this is a challenging but necessary effort! We are still struggling with approximately half of our alumni being lost or with inaccurate information in our database. We want to keep you informed of activities and the status of the chapter, and we hope you can make your way back to Pittsburgh to attend an alumni event soon! Join the Search for Lost Brothers Update Your Information Now T his January, 8 Kansas Theta chapter officers and two alumni attended Carlson Leadership Academy. This program, held in multiple cities across the country, gives new officers a boost in personal leadership development. It focuses on teaching the skills to help them inspire brothers, manage a committee, and follow through on those goals. Officers also build a supportive cohort of brothers in their roles to network with throughout the year. For the first time in program history, all eight executive officers were given the opportunity to attend this event with a specialized track for their position! Chapter Officers Attend Carlson Leadership Academy SCAN HERE SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE As previously reported, congratulations to Jeff Ney '91 for being recognized by Pitt State with the 2024 Dr. Ralf J. Thomas Distinguished Service Award. In addition to his support of SigEp, Jeff has tirelessly devoted time to scholarship fundraising efforts for the Kelce College of Business.
