s we conclude the Zeta Psi 140: Leadership Lives Here
campaign, I want to say thank you to the brothers, families,
and friends who contributed. Even though we fell just short of
our $3 million and participation rate goals, I am happy to report
that our capital campaign was the largest in Greek history at the
University of Cincinnati!
THE ROAD AHEAD
Our House Corporation board is working diligently on
developing new processes and systems for maintenance of the
house moving forward. Additionally, we are prioritizing future
improvements/projects that we were unable to complete due
to budgetary constraints.
If you were unable to support the Zeta Psi 140: Leadership Lives Here
campaign, I encourage you to make an impact and contribute to
future opportunities when the time is right for you and your family.
DEBBIE'S IMPACT
Our alumni spotlight this time is not a Zeta Psi brother, but
rather an "unsung hero." Mrs. Debbie Luebbering has worked as
our housemom and cook for more than a decade. Throughout
that time, she has spent countless hours preparing meals, helping
organize our annual Homecoming celebration, working the
revitalized Mother's Club, and listening to our undergraduate
brothers—the list goes on and on.
Words cannot truly express my thanks and appreciation for all
Mrs. Luebbering has done for Zeta Psi Chapter. For those who have
worked with Mrs. Luebbering, I challenge you to take some time to
write her an email, text, etc., and let her know how much she means
to Zeta Psi.
