Alabama Alpha Mu Launches $1.5 Million Capital Campaign

ello, Phi Alpha, and welcome back to
550 W. Magnolia. You have been missed!
Over the past three years, the House Corporation
has worked tirelessly to create a building plan
for 550 W. Magnolia to provide our deserving
collegians with a safe and quality living environment
at Auburn University. We are excited to have
officially launched Founded in Tradition, Restoring
the Legacy: e Campaign for Alabama Alpha Mu,
which includes renovations of the barn, dormitory,
and main house. is project will redefine our
chapter and ensure our legacy remains strong for
many years to come.
As you read this issue of e Alabama Alpha Mu
News, I ask you to remember the fond memories
you and your pledge brothers made on our amazing
property. 550 W. Magnolia has given all of us so
much, and we are now being asked to give back.
e property we cherish needs our collective help;
improvements are overdue, and the young men need
a dormitory to enjoy the full fraternity experience.
It is also worth noting that 2028 marks our
150th year as a chapter. To commemorate this
momentous occasion, I am asking everyone to
consider two requests thoughtfully:
1. Make a pledge to the capital campaign (see
enclosed materials or visit auburnsae.causevox.com).
Donations can be paid over five years, and we have a
tax-deductible option.
2. Come home! Plan a pledge class reunion,
visit before a basketball or football game, or stop
by the house and say hello to the Brothers at
550 W. Magnolia. is is your home too; reunite
with friends and relive memories from your
college days.
In closing, more than 60 years ago, Alabama
Alpha Mu alumni came together and created a
plan to build our house at 550 W. Magnolia. I am
thankful these men made this decision. Please
join me in giving back and ensuring the chapter
has a bright future. On behalf of the House
