Venita Philbrick You Matter When I think of the pillars of this community, one of the names that comes to mind is Venita Philbrick. For as long as I can recall, Venita has always been involved in the things that have helped Red Bluff be the best it can. Sadly for us, Venita is leaving to begin new adventures that will most certainly benefit her new community. I have had the pleasure to watch Venita in action on many occasions. I find her to be a timeless woman who is an excellent role model for young women. Venita is confident, poised and pours her heart and soul into the things that matter most. She is spunky and engaging and loves a challenge. She is truly an inspiration. Women like Venita are vital to this world. Her drive to make a difference wherever she can empowers others to care, take a stand and do something. Venita reminds me of Rose from Titanic.
