Welcome,
New Brothers!
I
have been honored to serve as
the house director since fall
2018. I work with our membership
on internship and full-time job
opportunities during and following
their time at SigEp.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Students must focus on one or two
activities outside of academics that
will give them the expertise they need
to complete the circle of experiences
required in job and internship
interviews. Actual participation in
job-related experiences demonstrates
to prospective employers that our
students have not only the personal
experiences, but also the academic
strengths to be successful in real-life.
RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE
I worked with the SigEp student
recruiting committee in their
successful bid processes with
prospective members. We included our
new freshmen on our recruiting
committee to ensure that the
experiences and opportunities that
attract and retain new members are met.
Allowing freshmen on our
committee not only guarantees
a well-rounded recruiting focus,
but also provides them with the
experiences necessary to build their
confidence and abilities to work
one-on-one and reinforces the overall
growth, strength, and future success
of Kansas Beta.
