Fall 2022
G
reetings from your Delta Psi house corporation board
president! Fall and football are here—let's Wreck 'Em.
New Members
Despite the lower enrollment recruitment numbers this year,
we ended up recruiting 62 new members and couldn't be
prouder of these young ladies. Lauren Jones '19, Emily
Manning '06, and Heidi Payne '93 extended efforts during
Work Week and recruitment unlike anything I've ever seen.
It takes a village, and they crushed it!
Recruitment Week
Life, as we know it, is getting back to normal, and for the
first time in more than two years, these ladies felt normalcy.
A huge shoutout to all the moms who helped Heidi feed the
members during recruitment week. Our sisters worked hard
every minute of every day to showcase our beautiful lodge
to its fullest potential.
Making New Memories
In other news, Sharon Wallingford Hendrix '73, as
always, planned another fun reunion for all to enjoy in
Lubbock the weekend of September 23-24. Check out the
photos they took to the left!
It's always great to reconnect with Kappa sisters, no matter
how long it's been.
Coming Up
The alumnae association is planning to host a couple of
events during the fall and around the holidays, so please
keep a look out for more details. If you're interested in
volunteering with any of the events or to help around the
house, we would appreciate it. Feel free to email me at
lin81479@yahoo.com.
I wish you all well this fall!

Lindley Douglass Herring '98

Delta Psi Welcomes New Members and Reunites Alumnae
(Left) Kappa is truly for life! Our sisters had
an amazing time reconnecting at the Lubbock reunion
September 23-24. A huge thanks to our reunion organizer,
Sharon Wallingford Hendrix '73, for planning such a
wonderful celebration of our sisterhood. The weekend was
perfect—and the TTU win was the cherry on top!
