Amanda Lehmann, Director of Operations can be found cooking, hosting and guiding her staff in best practices at any time in her numerous First Watch locations (two in Springfield, one in Joplin, one in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; and now three in Northwest Arkansas). "Serving people is the best part about working for First Watch," Amanda notes. "I love being in customer service, and having the fresh food focus just feels right. It feels good to me." Fall into pumpkin pancake season To welcome fall, First Watch offers new seasonal menu items that put a fresh twist on the classic flavors of fall. First of all, there's pumpkin! The First Watch Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast features two cage-free eggs cooked any style plus one of their signature spiced Pumpkin Pancakes and a Jones Dairy Farm grilled all-natural savory chicken sausage patty. Modern Croque Madame, First Watch's take on a French classic, is like a grown-up grilled cheese. Challah bread is griddled with melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, fresh tomato and crispy bacon. It's topped with a cage-free sunny side-up egg, Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs. Served with lemon-dressed organic mixed greens. The Brisket Corned Beef Hash features savory hand-pulled corned beef, freshly seasoned potatoes, house-roasted sweet potatoes, onions and red bell peppers topped with two cage-free eggs cooked any style, Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs. Dip into their vegetarian Butternut Squash Bisque, a rich and creamy soup sweetened with carrot and a touch of nutmeg. It's garnished with all-natural sour cream and fresh herbs. And a mouthwatering Caramel Crunch Cinnamon Roll is definitely the cure for your sweet tooth. It's topped with cream cheese icing, brown sugar caramel sauce, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and cinnamon streusel.
