KINGSTON DESIGN REMODELING

Following one frustration after another,
the owners decided to completely gut and
remodel their master bath in their otherwise
beloved home. The focus was on creating
an updated, efficient, aesthetically pleasing
modern design with an urban industrial Zen-
like spa motif. The new bath now has
significantly increased storage space with
new full-height custom shelving, modern
plumbing and electrical fixtures, an
expanded shower door, radiant floor heat,
soothing color tones and enhanced general
and task lighting. This stunning aesthetic
transformation surpassed the homeowners'
expectations.

AUSTIN, TEXAS
The clients wanted to fully revamp their
primary bathroom. The original bath resided
in a converted attic space and contained
some bizarre elements that weren't working
for their lifestyle. Sharply sloped ceilings and
low walls posed a challenge, as did access to
the HVAC unit. A full gut of the original
bathroom started the transformation. The
new space features a soaking tub and
frameless shower, two separate vanities, an
enclosed toilet area, a smaller linen closet,
and a reading area. A concealed attic hatch
within the wainscoting was incorporated for
HVAC servicing as well.
