W hile the Gamma Upsilon experience is certainly more than the bricks and mortar of the chapter house, our home undoubtedly plays a significant role in the development of our brothers and is a proud symbol of our shared values and goals. The next phase of our vision is grounded in projects that address our immediate infrastructure needs and plans to sustain our chapter. Through careful assessment and planning, the house corporation has developed a plan to address the long- term housing goals for our chapter. Through these conversations, a strategy has been developed with Krittenbrink Architecture that we believe is critical to our success on campus and to the future of our chapter. The chapter's needs and our solutions are outlined below.
