PROPOSED RENOVATION PLANS
Living Room
• Define this space from the dining area with
a new center wall (that includes moving the
fireplace to its center). It will also include all
new masonry.
• Add built-in shelving and cabinets.
• The entire room will include dark wood
wainscotting and crown moldings with trim
around the windows. Also, new hanging
jumbo pendant lighting fixtures will be added.
• The brick wall will be removed to create a
more open feel, and it will be replaced with
new railings so the entire room is visible as
one walks up the stairs.
Chapter Room
• Move the fireplace to the center of the back
wall to make it more usable.
• Incorporate built-in book shelving at the
front and rear of the room.
• Include custom desks and side counters.
• New coffered-style ceiling with recessed
lighting, crown molding, and large
pendant fixtures.
• Decorative white-trim woodwork
below windows.
Dining Room
• The back area of the dining room will have
the ability to be closed off for an optional
private meeting area.
• All dining furniture will be new.
