ello, brothers! It's hard to believe we have already rung in 2022,
but like the rest of my Epsilon-Gamma brothers, I look forward
to what the year will bring. One thing I'm sure we can all look
forward to is a new Chapter House.
We have seen so much support since announcing the Building Our
Forever Home capital campaign, and we appreciate the alumni who have
so generously donated to the future of Kappa Sigma. So far, our brothers
have come together to donate more than $1 million to the Chapter, and we
continue to inch closer to our $1,750,000 goal.
At a rate like this, we should be ready to start building at the end of
March. Our builder needs confidence that we have enough financial
support before groundbreaking can begin. I believe that, if all brothers
join us on this project, we can reach our goal and set an official date to
begin moving dirt.
Every gift will push us closer to our goal, and I encourage brothers to
show our builder that we have financial support by making a pledge
today. Multiyear pledges with a first payment will make the most impact
as our cash flow is evaluated. Additionally, a long-term contribution
will not only help us reach our goal, but it also makes a large gift more
affordable. Think about it this way: $5,000 may seem like a large amount
at first, but broken into monthly payments over five years, that is only
$83.33 a month. We appreciate every brother who supports Epsilon-
Gamma, and brothers who make that pledge of $5,000 or more will have
their name prominently displayed on a plaque in the new Chapter House.
A new home for Epsilon-Gamma is exactly what we need to ensure a
positive future for the Chapter. Our goal will be made possible with the
help of our dedicated alumni, and we continue to be grateful for their
