Meanwhile, Abner's mom pre- pares a Cuban feast for her welcome to Los Angeles par- ty, and Johnnyswim begins working on their new album. Another episode follows. 8 p.m. on HALL Movie: The Wedding Veil Hallmark Channel hasn't released much in the way of story information for this new romance starring Lacey Chabert and Kevin McGarry, apart from the fact that it's the first installment in a trilo- gy of interlinked films about three close-knit yet far-flung friends from college who get together annually for a trip. During one of those reunions, they stumble across an en- chanted antique that changes each of their lives. Autumn Reeser and Alison Sweeney round out the trio. The films are loosely based on a book by Lori Wilde. 8 p.m. on HBO Movie: The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard Following the runaway suc- cess of his 2017 action come- dy "The Hitman's Bodyguard," director Patrick Hughes returned to helm this 2021 sequel, with Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson, Salma Hayek and Richard E. Grant reprising their roles from the original. The new story fol- lows suspended bodyguard Michael Bryce (Reynolds) as he very reluctantly re-teams with hitman Darius Kincaid (Jackson) and his wife (Hayek) to stop a madman (Antonio Banderas) plotting a terror attack in Europe. Frank Grillo, Tom Hopper and Morgan Freeman also join the cast. 8 p.m. on SHOW Movie: The Dry Director and co-writer Robert Connolly received wide- spread acclaim for this 2020 Australian mystery thriller, adapted from a 2016 novel by Jane Harper. Eric Bana stars as federal agent Aaron Falk, who returns home to his drought-stricken hometown in Victoria to attend the funeral of a childhood friend.
