They posted on their Face- book page that they would be closed on Oc- tober 27 – 29 and No- vember 3 – 5. Around the shooting dates, they will be open October 30 – 31 and after Novem- ber 6 – 7. At their Facebook page, they announced, "LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! A movie is being filmed right here at Red Bridges Barbe- cue Lodge! Due to this exciting news." If you are interested to see what the restau- rant will look like in the upcoming movie, they suggest, "Pop in when we are open to check out our new décor for the movie!" In 1946, Red and Lyttle Bridges opened the first BBQ joint in Cleveland County called Dedmond's Barbecue on Highway 18.
