BRANSONBULLETIN BRANSONBULLETIN BRANSON SCENIC RAILWAY There's an interactive piece of history available for fun at the Branson Scenic Railway in Historic Downtown Branson. Hop onboard the vintage passenger train that takes guests on a one-hour-and-45-minute trip departing from the 1905 depot and rolls through the foothills of the Ozarks. A conductor/narrator tells the story of the tiny extinct railroad communities that dot the route and the outline of the railway history that shaped the Ozarks. Passengers will travel approximately 20 miles outside Branson before returning to the depot. LIFE SHOULD HAVE MORE ENCORES Branson has more than 100 shows that span all genres and interests. Known for its incredible live entertainment for more than 50 years, live shows (and encores, of course!) have been a staple of Branson vacations. Morning, afternoon and night, Branson offers a variety of entertainment options for every member of the family, including comedy shows, dinner shows, shows for kids and even shows on boats! Check out ExploreBranson.com for upcoming shows to create your own personal line-up of good family entertainment. RALPH FOSTER MUSEUM For quite a great overview of Ozarks history, visit the Ralph Foster Museum at the College of the Ozarks. The museum is home to a collection specifically relating to the Ozarks, including antiques, natural artifacts, machinery, household and hunting items and much more. The displays take up the better part of three floors. One of the most famous items on display is the original vehicle used in the hit 1960's television series, "The Beverly Hillbillies." THE BEST OF BRANSON Audiences fall in love with the Grand Jubilee show featuring the tight harmonies and dynamic performance of Branson's BEST Quartet, New South!
