PROGRAMMING Director of Leadership Education: $100,000 Leadership Consultants (4): $200,000 Summer Internship: $7,000 Housing: $67,000 Dedicated Administrative Employee: $60,000 Curriculum Development and Materials: $100,000 Staff Travel and Outreach: $120,000 Total: $654,000 Indirect Costs and Contingency (20%): $131,000 Total Needed: $785,000 ENDOWMENT REQUIRED: $15,700,000 Served over 50 years Grand President Brother of the Century ΑΓΡ Hall of Fame IFC Outstanding Volunteer, 2017 Cost: Audience: Chapter officers, emerging leaders, Advisers, House Mothers/House Directors, Educational Leadership Consultants, and alumni leaders Purpose: Provide local training to ensure every chapter develops a strong growth plan individualized to their needs. Such training will assist all chapters, regardless of their current success, to become Chapters of Excellence while encouraging all brothers to succeed. Facilitation: Offer nine Regional Training Institutes to five to 10 chapters with personal attention suited to their individual needs (700-800 men in total). Working as a Team: Leadership roles, expectations, and outcomes. Strategic Planning Process: How to develop collaboratively to create and maintain chapter excellence. Utilizing assessment tools to measure progress and success. Chapter Operations: Achieve and maintain financial stability through chapter operations and dispute resolution. Recruitment Diversification: Broadening the definition of agricultural students while increasing transfer, foreign, non-traditional, and minority student membership. Strategic Partnerships: Leveraging relationships in organizations focused in agriculture, food, fiber, and natural resources. Outcomes: Participants will glean individualized training while garnering access to materials to enhance the success of their chapter.
