Such training will assist all chapters, regardless of their current success, to become Chapters of Excellence while encouraging all brothers to succeed. Facilitation: Offer nine Regional Training Institutes to five to 10 chapters with personal attention suited to their individual needs (700-800 men in total). Working as a Team: Leadership roles, expectations, and outcomes. Strategic Planning Process: How to develop collaboratively to create and maintain chapter excellence. Utilizing assessment tools to measure progress and success. Chapter Operations: Achieve and maintain financial stability through chapter operations and dispute resolution. Recruitment Diversification: Broadening the definition of agricultural students while increasing transfer, foreign, non-traditional, and minority student membership. Strategic Partnerships: Leveraging relationships in organizations focused in agriculture, food, fiber, and natural resources. Outcomes: Participants will glean individualized training while garnering access to materials to enhance the success of their chapter.
