CHAPTER DEVELOPMENT FUND
(In Honor of Phil Josephson)
Staff and Volunteer Training: $40,000
Annual Need: $40,000
ENDOWMENT REQUIRED: $800,000
Audience: Regional Vice Presidents, Home
Office staff, Chapter Advisers, and other select
volunteers
Purpose: Exceptional chapter programs require
exceptional training of our program leaders. Training
these individuals grows the ability to implement and
facilitate chapters.
Facilitation: Offer in-person and virtual
"train-the-trainer" instruction to ensure excellence in
program facilitation and chapter management.
Outcomes: Confidence in our leaders to address
individual chapter needs through facilitation of chapter
programing.
