Pristine Sun is proposing to establish, under a twenty year lease, a 500 kw wholesale photovoltaic solar array generator (#2039 Flournoy) on a 6.69 acre portion of a 364.35 acre parcel in an AG2; Agriculture/ Valley District. The project is located in an area identified in the General Plan as Valley Floor Agricultural. The proposed use is allowed upon securing a use permit. The land owners, George and Sandra Flournoy, own adjoining lands for a total of 392.69 acres, all of which are encumbered by a Williamson Act contract. The project site will utilize approximately 7.007 acres (including existing access roadway) or 1.78% of the lands owned by Flournoy and encumbered by a Williamson Act contract. The site is located 2.5 miles east of Flournoy, on the south side of Paskenta Road (County maintained road #56), approximately 3,200 feet east of the Boggs and Champlin road / Paskenta Road intersection. APN: 061-180-46. The Tehama County Planning Commission voted 3:0:2 to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Use Permit #11-11. 008-100-67-1 NORIEGA, JOE 7,906.00 REDDY, INDRA USE PERMIT #11-13, PRISTINE SUN LLC (LOURENCE A. ALVARES ETAL TRUST, LAND OWNER). To establish, under a twenty year lease, a 250 kw wholesale photovoltaic solar array generator (#2041 Alvares) on a 3.02 acre portion of a 28.06 acre parcel in an AG-2; Agriculture/ Valley District. The site is located south of Red Bluff, on southwest corner of the Hatfield Road (County maintained road #247) / Percell Lane (County maintained road #783) intersection, approximately 3,020 feet east of the Hatfield Road / Rawson Road intersection. APN: 035-370-02-1. 28.06 acres. The Tehama County Planning Commission voted 3:0:2 to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Use Permit #11-13. USE PERMIT #11-14, PRISTINE SUN LLC (LOURENCE A. ALVARES ETAL TRUST, LAND OWNER). To establish a 250kw photovoltaic generator solar farm facility, for wholesale electrical production purposes on a 3.06 acre portion of a 511 acre parcel in an AG-2; Agriculture/ Valley District. The site is located 2.5 miles northeast of Flournoy, on the west side of Boggs and Champlin Road (County maintained road #78), approximately 3,070 feet north of the Boggs and Champlin Road / Paskenta Road Intersection. APN: 061-150-95. The Tehama County Planning Commission voted 1:2:2 to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Use Permit #11-14. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
