ississippi Beta Chapter House Corporation recognizes
the chapter house is not meeting the needs of our
undergraduate members today. Working with Mills & Mills
Architects, a Tupelo-based firm, we have developed a tactical
approach to our future. Our plan is to complete a major
renovation and expansion project. We plan to renovate
17,000 sq. ft. of our existing 19,000 square foot house and add
an additional 21,000 square feet. This plan will double the MS
Beta chapter house to be approximately 40,000 square feet!
We Must:
Create areas that allow for in-house and out-of-house members to meet,
soCialize, study and eat together.
Provide living sPaCe for 60-70 members, inCreasing from
40 members Currently.
KeeP Pi Phi ComPetitive on CamPus ComPared to other sorority housing,
residenCe halls and aPartment ComPlexes.
ensure our ChaPter remains strong, viable and grounded in building
strong young women for another 60 years.
