Anchored in Tradition, Building Our Future Alpha Omega Chapter of Delta Gamma at the University of Arkansas Campaign Chairman Provides Chapter Updates New Alpha Omega Chapter House Set to Open in August H ello Alpha Omega alumnae! I am pleased to announce that we are on track for collegians to come home in early August. Gifts continue to roll in and we will hold off on finalizing the permanent donor acknowledgement plaque inside the house until September 30. A special shoutout to the 2018-19 Alpha Omega collegians for their $25,000 gift! Bid Day will be held on August 24. We are focused on making the new member experience special, and only those with appropriate armbands will be allowed access inside the house. That being said, we look forward to welcoming our alumnae on Dedication Weekend in September. We appreciate alumnae patience in waiting until Dedication Weekend to see the house. As we approach the opening of our new home, I can't help but get choked up over the generosity of our sisterhood to fund this journey! Alpha Omega Welcomed New House Director in July Please welcome Lynda Dennis to Alpha Omega. Lynda comes to us with more than 13 years of house director experience, most recently with Alpha Delta Pi at Florida State and University of Southern Florida. Lynda also previously served as Zeta Tau Alpha's house director at the University of Arkansas from 2011-2015. She described her years in Arkansas as the happiest of her life.
