Without making a commitment, interviewees were asked, "In the event the house
corporation board moves forward with a capital campaign, would you expect to
make a gift?" As shown in Chart I, 69% indicate they would make a pledge or gift
to renovate the Delta Xi Chapter house, while 26% were unsure and 5% said they
would not make a gift at this time. This response is below average compared to
other Pennington & Company feasibility study findings.
