Dear Amber,
As you may know, the Greek housing market in Columbia is increasingly competitive. Since our renovation and
expansion that began in 2012, more of our neighbors have renovated and redecorated their homes. The House
Corporation has formulated a strategic plan to compete with these homes and provide a quality living
environment in line with the needs of today's collegiate women. Before proceeding with a final decision,
however, we are seeking the advice and counsel of a select group of alumnae. As a member of this group, your
input is important to the successful completion of the proposed project.
To help us determine our probability for success, we have again engaged the professional services of
Pennington & Company to conduct a feasibility study. Please consider taking a personal meeting with
Pennington to review the proposed project in more detail. The interview will take no more than 30 to 40
minutes of your time. All responses will remain confidential with Pennington & Company and, following the
completion of the study, you will be among the first to know its results and our subsequent plans.
