Assistant Manager Sally Crutcher agrees.
"It's really neat that we give a glimpse
from different nations, from North
America to South America, you have a
variety. It's not just about one nation's
story."
The museum also brings in native cultural
leaders, artists and musicians to perform,
teach workshops and make art. The
second Saturday of the month features
exciting stories, fun crafts and activities.
"It really plants a seed for people to want
to know more," says Museum Director
Charlotte Buchanan-Yale. "That's our goal,
to be a bridge between past, present and
future generations."
The Museum of Native American
History is located at 202 SW "O" Street
in Bentonville. Admission is free. For more
